Chief People and Culture Officer

Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and as a member of the Senior Team, you will play a lead role in the design and implementation of transformational change, particularly in relation to culture, organisational design and development and people management.

The CPCO is a newly created role which has been introduced as a member of the University’s Senior Team to lead a transformative people and culture strategy that empowers and enables, drives a sense of belonging, and delivers a uniquely brilliant experience that is aligned with the University’s Values.

You will lead the current Directorate of Human Resources and implement a new HR delivery model, building and shaping it to support the further development of (and evolution to) a high performing People and Culture function.  You will lead organisational development and drive cultural change to move the University closer to being an employer of choice and play a strategic leadership role across the University to enable consistent, effective leadership of all aspects of people experience.

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in Higher Education and in the private sector.
